The company is specialised in the preparation of Gluten Free products. The Pastifico Maidea produces various shapes of bronze drawn pasta, dried slowly at low temperatures. The wide range of products is distributed in two lines: the Classic Line, prepared with corn and rice flour, and the Wholemeal Line, prepared with brown rice flour.
