Our soft and delicate dessert, obtained from the very slow natural leavening of mother yeast, can be appreciated by those who want to "simply" concentrate on the true and pure flavour. The recipe for this Panettone does not include candied fruit or sultanas. To make it even more delicious we covered it with almond icing and decorated with granulated sugar and Sicilian almonds.
